We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below:
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be received back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Gift Cards and any items marked as All Sales Final are non-returnable.
Return Policies
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your original order qualified for free shipping but your adjusted order total (after the returned item is deducted) falls below the free-shipping minimum, your refund will be reduced by the actual outbound shipping cost. The original shipping charge will be detailed in your return authorization approval email.
- We are not responsible for items damaged during return transit due to improper packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you ordered the wrong item or need a different product, please follow our return process for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Visit our website and log in to your account using the same email address used at checkout. -
Submit a Return Request
Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you'd like to return. Submit your request using our self-service return portal. -
Wait for Approval
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email with return instructions. Please do not send any items back until your return has been approved. -
Follow the Return Instructions
After approval, follow the instructions in the email to complete your return.
All return items must be received within the 30-day return period to be eligible for refund. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request a photo of the item as received. Our team will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
